HRD Staff

Responsibilities:

• Do input data such as: permit, absences attendance, etc.
• Create a report job
• Provide employee training
• Receive and complete the tasks given by the authorities

Requirements:

• Maximum age 29 years
• At least Bachelor degree preferred majors (Psychology and law)
• Have experience and non-work experience
• Able to speak English, orally or in writing with a good and active
• To be honest, polite, disciplined, conscientious, have a high motivation,   and responsible job
• Willing to work placements in Banten-Serang
• As well as being able to master the computer (Microsoft Office, etc.)
• Able to work under pressure and able to work with the target
• Understand labor law gets more value
• Have the related experience of industrial relations
