HR Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Working on a payroll system to process payroll and overtime employee Central
• Responsible with the work of the Industrial Relation in the Central Branch (understand militate crustaceans applicable law)
• Understand and grasp the BPJS stewardship of health and employment
• The process of recruitment and selection process for new employees

Requirements:

• Maximum age 35 years
• At Least Bachelor Degree Of Psychologist/Legal/HR Management
• 5-year experience in the field of HR (preferably in the field of concrete/construction)
• Master the labor law
• Have A SIM
