Legal Staff

Responsibilities:

• Understand legal documents completion (SIUP, TDP, Billboard, Tax Domicile, Permitting, the UN, the registration of the patent rights to INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY, etc.)
• Network with agencies-government agencies
• Take care and manage corporate documents specifically related to the agreement or legal contract
• Able to complete cases that occurred in the industrial companies (litigation and non-litigation)
• Manage the Administration associated with the work that has been done (tracker action)
• Do a review of the contract, agreement, and other legal documents related to the company's projects

Requirements:

• A 22-year-old-28 years
• Education Bachelor Of Law
• Minimum 1 year or fresh graduate
• Placement: Menara Satu Sentra Kelapa Gading Lantai 08 Unit 0807, Jakarta Utara
