urgently looking for an experienced and proffesional candidate that will be
located at mining site in North Maluku area. We are a multinational company
which is developing iron ore resource in Taliabu Island, North Maluku. The
project is under-construction. We need talent and professional candidates,
experienced, strong leadership to joint and build together our team as:
Legal License Staff
Responsibilities:
- Involved in conducting in-depth legal administration, Reviewing corporate documents, Contract drafting and reviews of contracts, Review of product memorandum and policy, advisory works to Business Unit in several transactions and on implementation of the proper usage of Indonesia’s law on daily basis
- Provided and managed legal opinions and advised management in respect of business plans and operations,
- Provided legal agreement and licensed related
- Archive materials and drawings of our department and keep it confidential
- Finish other works that the superior assigned
Requirements:
- Graduate in Law from reputable university preferable
- Experienced in mining company minimum 2 years
- Able working under pressure
- Maximum age 30 years old
- Would be placed at Site Taliabu North Maluku
- Have Experience in Mining & land acquisition (Pengalihan kepemilikan Tanah)
