Community & Government
Relation Staff
Requirements:
- As a community and government relations staff, you are responsible for monitoring all the licensing issues that occur at each site have been established, from monitoring the status of land that will be out of the rent, and in coordination with landlords, communities, and local government related to the extension lease the land. In carrying out its work, you will report directly to the supervisor of community and government relations. In addition, you will coordinate with asset compliance teams, related to cases at each site.
- Coordinating with local authorities, with respect to any extension of the PBB building permit and site
Requirements:
- Minimum S1 any major (preferably from legal)
- Minimum 1 year experience in the same field
- Having knowledge in BTS tower
- Having strong communication and negotiation skill
- Willing to be placed around the working area of Tower Bersama Group
