Reed Panorama Exhibitions (RPE) is a joint venture between the world’s leading
event organizer Reed Exhibitions (www.reedexpo.com) and Indonesia’s tourism,
transportation and hospitality companies; Panorama Group. RPE aims to create professional, quality
business to business platforms by working closely with relevant government
agencies, industry partners, trade associations, venue owners, contractors and
customers so as to deliver events for the industry by the industry. Currently,
RPE organizes eight events in Indonesia, serving the building/construction,
franchising/licensing, maritime, mining, transport/logistics, and the consumer
sectors with its Indonesia Toys Games and Comics Convention and Maternity, Baby
& Kids Expo.
HR & GA Admin
Responsibilities:
- Assist HR Manager to implement HR tasks and programs including administering and/or scheduling recruitment, attendance management, employee development, and company’s activities related to HR.
- Manage, record and report GA daily operations; schedule and manage staff supports (driver, courier) operations, company vehicles, and office supply.
- Calculate and report HR & GA petty cash, employees’ leave balance, allowances, and incentives regularly.
Requirements:
- Possess a degree in related fields with at least two years of relevant work experience.
- Computer literate in MS Office applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience in handling employee training, travel documents and legal matters Preferable;
- Work experience in or good knowledge of Exhibitions / Event management / MICE industries.
