Legal Officer

Requirements:

• Maximum 35 years old
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Law, reputable university.
• Experience in negotiating, drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, legal documents
• Prior experience with interacting with third party and government institution
• Having good interpretations and understand to legal matters
• Good knowledge about industrial relation, business violation, fraud and business agreement
• Having ability to clearly & effectively communicate ideas 
• Able to work independently and/or in a team, pleasant working attitude and able to work under pressure
• Well-organized, disciplined, mobile and hard working
• Highly pro-active, supportive and self-motivated
• Excellent energetic team player with demonstrated interpersonal skills
• Excellent computer literate
• Having good interpersonal and communication skill, dynamic, confidence and Strong analytical thinking
