We have several fully equipped workshops with highly trained employees throughout Indonesia for servicing our equipments. Our Service teams are always patrolling our fleet which ranges from 1500HP rigs, 1000HP rigs, 900HP rigs, 800HP rigs, 750HP rigs, 450HP rigs and 350HP work over rigs. Legal Officer

Responsibilities:
  • Bridging the subject corporate action such as legalization of agreements with third parties. Includes legal drafting (the making of the deed of Covenant), legal opinion (made legal opinion) and legal review
  • Licensing: extension of the TDP, NPWP, making FIRE
  • Escort Business development. (related to treaties)
  • Reviewing proposals for the creation/change of SOP
  • Control of conditions or new regulations (new ACT related business company)
  • Handle also employment (e.g. contractual agreements employees)
Requirements:
  • Maximum age of 50 years
  • Minimal education Bachelor of law
  • Mastering Employment Law
  • Young, attractive and communicative
  • Ms. Office can operate with either
  • Languages English Both oral or writing
