From a small tanker operator in its early years, we continuously developed our business as tanker owners and started to provide offshore transport services for liquid cargo, such as CPO, Olein, Stearin, liquid chemicals, and petroleum products to and from Malaysia, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, andThailand. Legal Corporate

Requirements:

• Male/ Female Max. 32 Years old
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Legal, preferably graduated from a reputable University
• Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
• Willing to work hard and highly motivated
• Able to work under pressure
• Have experience in Corporate Legal and related issues min. 2 years
• Interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent Communication skill in English, both oral and written is advantage

Responsibilities:

• Prepare all tender documents required by other departments including financial statement to be obtained from Accountant, Include Bank Reference, Bid or Performance Bond
• Review and Drafting Agreement

Soft Skill Requirements:

• Dynamic, able to work independently and in a team
• Highly Motivated with spirit to learn new things
• Good problem solving, analytical and Leadership skill
