HRGA

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field.
• Required skill(s): Computer.
• Good command of English
• At least 5 years in multi cultured companies
• Familiar with local labour regulation and its associated matters
• Applicants must be willing to work in Jl. Tentara Pelajar,Senayan.
• Full-Time position(s) available.
• Having experience / exposure to working in ASEAN countries is a plus

Responsibilities

• HR Management
• Work with Country Manager Indonesia and Regional HR Manager in planning and controlling HR budgets, including headcount, salaries and benefits so as to ensure that Company resources are employed in an effective manner.
• Responsible for generating HR report and compiling data as and when requested by Management for reviews and decision making
• Facilitate the performance management process and development programs.
• Manage and handle matters related to 3rd parties such as recruitment agencies, government, insurance, BPJS, vendor, etc
• Assist to all HR related functions/ tasks as and when required
• Office Management
