Senior Lawyer

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advise to the client.
• Prepare legal report for advisory services.
• Prepare draft of legal agreement/contract.

Requirements:

• Maximum 40 years old
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Law or equivalent,
• Having Peradi License.
• 6 - 10 year(s) of working experience as Litigation Senior Lawyer, especially Corporate Law
• Good English communication skills both oral and written, and good command in Mandarin will be an advantage
• Excellent in negotiating, legal drafting, reviewing the commercial contract, analyzing, Legal Due Dilligence and giving legal opinion.
• Full-Time position available.
