to assume the position of
Human Resource Development
/ HRD
Responsibilities :
- To provide day-to-day all rounded human resources services to the Company, with a focus on staffing, recruitment and selection To enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of HR functions
- To assist in HR related reports and analysis To support general office administration activities such as office renovation, maintenance of office equipment, office procurement & supplies Fluent in English
Requirements :
- Female, Max 35 years old above, Indonesian Citizen
- Minimum Degree (S1), Major Psychology or Law
- Minimum Experience 3 Years in the same field
- Fluent in English both oral and written is a must.
- Excellent presentation skill and communication skill
- Have good appearance and pleasant personality.
- Creative, proactive, ambitious, target oriented and able to cope with rapidly changing and dynamic environment
- Hard Working, customers focus and able to work in a teams
- Well verse in Labour Law
