In 2009, the Company developed a kind of store named Alfaexpress. Alfaexpress was introduced as a store concept that offers ready-to-serve foods and drinks. In 2011, to improve Alfaexpress’ store concept, the Company signed a Master License Agreement (MLA) with Lawson Inc.,

Legal Contract Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the preparation of drafts and reviews contracts and cooperation agreements running effectively and efficiently with the following documentation of the entire legal documents in the company arranged systematically, accurately and orderly administration, making it easy to access. Recommend update legal materials and licensing companies, if there is a change of peratuan-new regulations with respect to the businesses that are run with fixed refers to the terms and conditions of the company in General.

Requirements:

• Maximum age 30 years
• The Last Law-Undergraduate Education
• Work experience as a Coordinator for 2 years
• Able to operate a computer (Ms Office.)
• Has the United Kingdom language skills (at least Passive)
• Mastering Law Alliance (third book), Agrarian Law and business law
