Koperasi Telekomunikasi Selular (Kisel) is the provider of Distribution Channel (sales and distribution), General Service (public service) and Telco Infrastructure (Telecommunication Infrastructure Services), with a network of operational offices as much as 54 fruit regional offices/branches that spread from Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam to Papua Province and supported by a majority of the members with people 4039 members are employees of PT Telkomsel. Legal Officer

Responsibilities:

• Make good power of Attorney power of Attorney General and/or special power of Attorney
• Build, crafting a draft agreement
• Analysis and perform a review of the Treaty
• Analyzing the change of legislation against the application of the Covenant

Requirements:

• Minimal education Bachelor of law
• Have at least 1 year working experience in law (legal, contract drafting/rancangan Treaty)
• Have knowledge of the anatomy of agreements, drafting agreements, the analysis of the agreement
• Have knowledge about site licensing (description, SIUP, TDP domicile, SIUJK etc.)
• Have experience in the field of legal entities (PT, cooperatives, foundations, CV, NV, an Alliance of the Civil Code)
• Familiar with the legal company data
• Have the ability in operating ms office
• Have the ability to communicate and negotiate
• Have experience in the Office of the advocate/law firm/Office of notary public is better value
• Have the certification is more value
• Able to work independently as well as teamwork
