Legal Staff

Responsibilities:

• Creating and reviewing letters of intent, MOU and other legal letter
• Creating and analysis treaty / agreement / contract cooperation corporate
• Providing advice or a legal opinion when necessary, including on employment issues
• Implement the licensing process, reporting to the office or the Court
• Support and manage corporate documents specifically relating to an agreement or legal contract.

Requirements:

• Male aged 35 years and younger
• S1 majoring in law
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in the same field
• The last position of at least senior staff working in the same function:

1.  Legality / licensing company
2. Company co-operation contract
3.  Analysis of the employment contract / agreement
4. Analysis of legal aspects
5. Filling & Administration legality

• Honest, tenacious and disciplined
• Willing to work under pressure
• Placement Sunter, North Jakarta
