PT Tri Ratna Diesel Indonesia launched a diesel engine that uses local components of more than 60%. Tri Ratna director Robert Sumar said Diamond branded diesel motors were developed and manufactured in Gresik involve suppliers and domestic subkontrakror. "We started from the design, mold making, casting to machining," he said at the Ministry of Industry today. He said production machine Tri Ratna will focus on the market in the country which annually consume up to 100,000 units of diesel motors. "We will also export 50% of production to Thailand, India and the Philippines," said Robert. However, he admitted that there are components that have to be imported is bearing, and a fuel injection nozzle of Japan and India as well as aluminum die casting and forging parts from Thailand.

Legal Officer

Responsibilities:

• Liaise with Directors, Commissioners and Shareholders of the company and affiliates
• Liaise with any parties in preparing draft contract which activities also includes negotiation on the terms and conditions
• Other legal related activities : update on current regulations, legal advisories, etc

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Law or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): legal contract, legal corporate, legal litigation, draft legal contracts, Company Law Requirements.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
