Bumiputra-BOT Finance (BBF) is the second foreign Company of BOT Lease co.,
Ltd., which was established in 1982 in the form of a joint partnership with a
big company Indonesia engaged in life insurance namely, AJB Bumiputeras 1912.
Riyawat our business already exceeds 30 years, and now it is one of Japan's
oldest leasing company. The Central Office was established across from the Bank
of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ Jakarta branch which is located in the city centre, and
then opens a branch in Bandung and Surabaya. Since its foundation up to now,
we've been expanding core business centered on Financing a car (a car for
business and personal) that always gets a great demand, but these last few
years we have also been actively working on the fields of leasing for the
facility for the company's Japan which is undergoing rapid development, leasing
for the company premises.

Responsibilities:
- Review Finance Agreement and Contract & others agreement with other parties
- Notarize and legalize documents
- Provide legal opinion & legal action (Lawyer, Police or other parties)
- Selection & coordination with proper Collector & Lawyer
- Take action for the unpaid customer by instruct Lawyer and Collector
- Prepare necessary report to Management/BOTL head office
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree majoring in Law from reputable university with minimum GPA: 2.9
- Maximum age 26 years old
- Preferable having experience minimum 2 year in the same field
- Able to draft various legal documents
- Have a good basic knowledge of Indonesian Law and Finance Company products
- Preferable have experience in compliance job
- Must have good analytical skill, assertive and being consistent
- Fluent in English both speaking and writing
