Legal Officer

Responsibilities:
  • Advise on all legal matter and on the potential impact of current and future laws
  • Regulation on the operation of the organization.
  • Review legal contracts, letters of agreement
Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree in Majoring Law (preferable) or any related background with minimum GPA 3,00 (scale 4,00)
  • Fresh Graduates are welcomed to apply
  • Fluent in English both oral & written
  • Having good self motivation, fast learner, can do attitude and able to work as a team, good administration skill
  • Willing to work extended hours
  • Age maximum 30 years old
  • Strong Analytical and problem solving
Specific Qualification:
  • Having working experience in Corporate Legal will be an advantage
  • Having good knowledge about corporate laws and regulations, business law, review contract, legal licenses and document administration
  • Computer literate (Ms. Office)
