Legal Officer

Responsibilities:

• Do a review against the contract and the contract of buying and selling is done company
• Create a legal opinion against a credit will be processed
• Perform risk mitigation of credit process that will run
• Do the binding financing & coordinating with parties with the assurance of a notary/PPAT
• Juridical analysis, analysis of contracts and legal opinions against potential borrowers who will be filing a financing

Requirements:

• Bachelor of law from a leading University with GPA min. 2.75
• Maximum age 35 years
• Have experience in the field of legal banking min 3 years
• Have knowledge in Islamic banking will become more value
• Have a integrity commitment in carrying out tasks
