Legal Officer
Responsibilities:
- Prepares legal drafts, reviews legal documents and provide legal advice for company purpose. Conducts legal research and prepare analyses, summaries and reports as required to complete legal matter for project and biding.
Requirement:
- Minimal S1 in Law Degree with major in economic / business law, private law
- Minimum 1-2 years experiences in law firm or legal department and handle corporate law, business law, contract law and/or any related law for the business main core Knowledge and practical comprehension of legal aspect and legal matter
- Having experience working at private company
- Conceptual and ability in developing legal letter as legal document
- Good command in English (both oral and written)
- Computer literate
- Good Time management
