Legal
Responsibilities:
- Create / prepare the necessary documents based data / document received / requested from another department
- Provide documents / data required by the Bank for disbursement facility can be implemented KPR / KPA
- Accompanying consumers to sign documents at the notary’s office or any other place agreed upon
Requirements:
- Minimum S1 Hukum
- Have experience particularly in the field of property law
- Have experience as a property developer in the company legal at the same positions (staff level) +/- 3 years
- Fluent english in oral and written is must
- Able to work under pressure
- Six (6) working days, one (1) day off (shift system)
