Corporate Legal Staff
Requirements:
- Max. 30 years old
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree Law or equivalent
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Good knowledge in Government Law, Corporate Legal, Litigation
- Mastering in drafting and review the documents related to corporate
- Good English skills, both spoken and written.
- Having good communication skills and analytical thinking.
- Reliable and able to work independently
Responsibilities:
- Reviewing and drafting contracts.
- Incharge of legal documentation and filling, legal administration
- Preparing contract agreement for client & other legal document
- Liaise with third party including mediation & negotiation process
