Legal Litigation Officer
Responsibilities:
- Advocates against the legal process facing the company, ranging from the level of a report on police, Court and handed a final and binding ruling.
- Create draft/compile gugatan/jawaban, replik/duplik, conclusion
- Drawing up the Administration's response to legal files
Requirements:
- Maximum age 30 years
- Law degree and have passed the PKPA exam
- Minimum of 2 years work experience, preferably having worked in law offices and services company Finance /multi finance
- Willing to travel agency
- Can operate the p. Word, Excel & Power Point
- Can work together well in a team
- Able to work under pressure
