Legal Officer



Responsibilities:

  • Able to do drafting documents such as letter, prepare and file documents/ administration
  • Able to do legal drafting, able to analyze and review contract/ agreement, all legal documents related to company’s business, and legal opinion
  • Have strong knowledge regarding terms, condition and legal aspects of Business contract

Requirements:

  • Maximum age 28 years old, Bachelor Degree in Law from reputable University with minimum GPA 3.00
  • At least 1 (one) year experience as HRD / GA, or Fresh Graduated are welcome
  • Good Background in Civil Law / Corporate Law
  • Computer literacy is a must Excellent English language skills oral and written
  • Honest, fast learner, have strong initiative, good communication skill
  • Candidate should willing to be placed at Site (Bali)
  • Able to perform multitasking skills, able to work under pressure, and with tight deadline
