- 2 - 4 years of experience in corporate law areas
- Having a PERADI Card will be an advantage
- Familiar with contract drafting, due diligence, and corporate compliance
- Thorough and meticulous
- Resilient and able to work under constant pressure and ambiguity while preserving attention to details
- Strong communication skill, written and oral
