Commercial Legal
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Law or equivalent
- At least 5 years of working experience in corporate
- In depth knowledge of contract and commercial lawm and general practice in the industry, market dynamics, good sense or commercial judgment and sound management and leadership skills
- Performed legal research and due diligence on specific issues, legal correspondence
- Prior-review and provided document issues and legal aspects to other department
- Must have strong interpersonal skills with ability to work across cultures and language barriers with various interest groups internally and externally to forge an effective team consisting of cross functional teams
