Legal Staff
Responsibilities:
- Understand the structure of the Organization and the authorities of the company
- Understand the articles of the company
- Act as a Contact Person for Legal Affairs between companies with headquarters and other parties related to the automotive business
- Fostering good relations between the company with parties other
- Create a Draft and finalization of every company agreement
- Do the creation and management of the company's agreement with branches throughout Indonesia
Requirements:
- Maximum age of 28 years
- Minimal education Bachelor of law
- Preferably at least 1 year experience in the field of Legal
- Target oriented, have good communication skills, and be able to establish a good relationship with the various parties
- Have the capability of your computer: Ms Word, Excel
