Established
on 11 June 1990 in Jakarta with the name PT Kridaperdana Indahgraha, the
Company then changed its name into PT Global Land Development Tbk on 27
September 2007 prior to its official transformation into the current PT MNC
LAND Tbk on 11 June 2012. On 30 March 2000, the Company for the first time was
listed on the Jakarta Stock Exchange (now the Indonesian Stock Exchange). Since
2007, MNC LAND has vibrantly conducted its business expansion through
acquisitions and share investments which has borne fruit in the form of a number
of Subsidiaries namely PT GLD Property, PT Swarna Citra Sentosa, PT Investasi
Karya Gemilang, PT Investasi Hasil Sejahtera, PT Global Jasa Sejahtera, PT
Nusadua Graha International and PT Bali Nirwana Resort, as well as Associated
Companies namely PT Aston Inti Makmur dan PT Plaza Indonesia Realty.

Requirements:
- Maximum 30 years old.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Law or equivalent.
- Having good knowledge about corporate law, business law, legal licences and document administration
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Fluent in English both oral & written.
- Strong analytical and problem solving.
