Lawyers

Responsibilities:

• Review of contracts
• Create and prepare Legal Opinion (LO) and Legally Due Deligence (LDD)
• Create and prepare a power of Attorney, letter of lawsuits and legal documents needed
• Prepare documents and letters needed to proceedings, whether civil, criminal and family
• Preparing minutes of meetings and make meetings with clients
• Attending court hearings and meeting with clients

Requirements:

• Minimum education Bachelor of law, experience in Law Firm/Fress Graduate
• Precedence is already a licensed advocate
• Languages English
