Mercedes-Benz Distribution Indonesia and PT Star Engines Indonesia. The Jakarta
office is conveniently located at the prestigious Deutsche Bank building in
Jakarta, while our 42-hectare plant is in Wanaherang, Gunung Putri, Bogor, and
our After-Sales office is located in Ciputat. PT Mercedes-Benz Indonesia is a
100% foreign investment company, owned by Daimler AG, Stuttgart (89,21%) and
Daimler Project Consult, Germany (10,79%). It is the Sole Agent, Assembler and
Manufacturer of Mercedes-Benz in Indonesia.
Legal Compliance Support
Organizational Objectives of the
position are:
- Responsible to monitor the Internal Control Self-Assessment Process and to perform regular quality check of the Internal Control System.
- Responsible for the employee internal compliance communication and compliance related onboarding process for new employees.
- To support the Local Head Compliance to conduct company-wide initiative (Compliance Programs and Compliance Trainings), and to provide compliance consultation for internal employees.
Requirements:
- Education: Holds Bachelor degree, preferably with accounting background.
- Experience: Having experience related to Business Process and Internal Control System.
- Specific Knowledge and Skills:
- Familiar with Compliance regulation.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both oral and written.
- Computer literate (MS Office: Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Procedural oriented.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skill.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Has commitment to promote company values and ethics.
