Legal Corporate

Responsibilities:

• Review agreements of vehicles and also from all departments, company policy & memo from director
• Offers advice on legal matters and performs legal research for the benefit of a corporation
• Conduct correspondence, both internal and external
• Assist in the settlement of disputes between the company and the customer

Requirements:

• Age max. 30 years old
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree of Law
• Have at least 2 years experience as Legal Officer from Law Firm or Corporate
• Have a deep knowledge in Corporate Law
• Have experience handling legal administration in public company
• Placement in Sunter, North Jakarta
