Provides the services to support offshore oil companies needs mainly dealing with Port Activities such as Warehousing and Cargo Handling. In line with this business, PT ALFA KARSA PERSADA own necessary asset such as well maintained warehouse, fast jetty, crane and also other supporting facilities: forklift, operational trucks, generator, and compressor. We are seeking candidates to join our team to support our company growth

Human Resources Department

Requirements:

• Age 30-45 years old
• Working experience as HR staffs a minimum of 3 years
• Domicile of Jakarta and surrounding areas
• Minimum Bachelor degree education
• Able to operate a computer and the software that supports Ms Office., Web, Drs)
• Able to speak English at least Passively.
• Knowledge and skills/Competencies
• The ability to analyze and solve the problem of analyze & problem solving)

Responsibilities:

• Delegated responsibility to ensure needs of employees can be fulfilled and the operation went smoothly.
• Responsible for completing each task related to staffing issues.
• Responsible for carrying out tasks in accordance with the regulations and the code of conduct.
• The management is responsible for the implementation of tasks and duties performed.
