Legal Officer
Our
Clients is one of Indonesian local department store which sell product from
Indonesian designers and international brands. The office location is in
Wijaya, Kebayoran Baru. The clients company profile will be explained on the
next stage (phone-interview).
Responsibilities:
- Managing data and documents legal status both physically and digital
- Responsible for all dealings that associated with legality of the company
- Propose company permission
- Legal drafting
- Handle corporate legal and licenses
- Support in order to propose copyright registration
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Law or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): legal litigation, dependability, client confidentiality, ability to work under pressure without administrative support, ability to undertake a variety of tasks within the same time frame, public speaking.
- Min. 2 years of working experience in the related field.
