The
Company was established in 1993 as a 50:50 joint venture between Pauwels
International NV (PINV) and PT. Arya Sada Perkasa, operating under the name of
PT. PASTI. In year 1997, PT. Meta Epsi became new share holder with 40% share
holding and a new joint venture emerged as PT. Pauwels Trafo Asia. In 2005, the
Pauwels Group as a whole, including this facility, became a part of CG
worldwide family. In 2008, PT. Meta Epsi diluted its shareholding and CG Group
acquired 100% voting rights of P.T. Pauwels Trafo Asia. The factory is located
on a land area of 35,000 m2 in an industrial complex located at
Cileungsi-Bogor, approximately 30 km south of Jakarta towards Bogor. We are
looking for LEGAL STAFF which will be based at Cileungsi-Bogor. The staff will
responsible to manage properly legal matters documents filing (including
cases), involve in simple contract review, provide legal research.
Legal Staff
Requirements:
- Graduated from Law faculty
- Fresh graduate or experiences will be advantage
- Computer literate
- Excellent in English both speaking and writing
- Must be proactive and able to work independently under pressure
- Emphasis on problem solving and analytical skill
- Fast learner, mature with nice attitude and detailed oriented
- Applicant must be willing to work in Cileungsi-Bogor
- Contract based.
