Legal
Responsibilities:
- Manage all legal aspects and activities including licensing issues related to operational
- Providing legal opinion and evaluating legal implications for any corporative actions, current investment and new business ventures
- Identifying new and emerging legal and regulatorly issues that may affect to the company
- Draft and review contract arrangements with third party
- Manage all documents of contracts and licensing that related with operational
- Represent the company in secure and maintain the company’s interest from all legal risks
- Ensure the company compliance to the legislations and laws
Requirements:
- Male / Female
- Bachelor’s degree in Law
- Ability for Adm. BPOM
- Have 5 years experience in related field
- Preferably Lawyer from Law Firm / Multinational corporation / Big group companies
- Fluent in English, both verbally and written
- Exposure to foreign counter part
