Legal Analyst
Responsibilities:
- Assist in overall legal activities include handle and review legal contracts, agreements, or other legal documents as well as various regulation and corporate legal issues
- Review and analyze draft of contracts or agreements to anticipate further risks or losses and provide solutions
- Provide legal advice and review all legal related documents, i.e. business contract and employment contract/letter
Requirements:
- Maximum age of 29 years old
- Bachelor degree majoring in Law or equivalent with minimum GPA of 3.00 from Reputable University
- Minimum 1 year experience in related position is a must
- Required skill(s): strong exposure in drafting and reviewing contract or agreement, possesses strong negotiation and communication skills
- Having experience and good relationship with government institutions
- Applicants must be willing to work in Sunter, Jakarta Utara
