Legal Drafter
Responsibilities:
- Drafting, revising, giving input and others over contracts, agreements, statements of all department including those from partners/third parties
- Able to give legal advice/opinion when there is a change in the regulatory/policy officer is authorized or are there barriers/issues/cases of land, construction, sales etc. good experienced internal company that affects the performance of the company
- Handle disputes or disputes land company, made a peace seeking information, evidence, witnesses, documents, request assistance/coordination with the Attorney, make a complaint/receive calls the police, representing the company in court or clarification with the agencies/individuals
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor degree of Law
- Senior Staff with a minimum of 2-3 years experience in field related (developer)
- Being able to draw up the Treaty, take care of themselves and deal with the problems of land and others
- Mastering the law of land, consumer protection
- Active English both in oral and written as well as have the ability to communicate, negotiate with good
