Legal Staff (Legal Assistance and Litigation)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the implementation of the provision of legal assistance to the Board of Directors and related Department within the Company relating to compliance with laws and regulations, as well as the settlement of disputes with third parties, either through the courts (litigation) or outside the court (mediation or arbitration)
• Responsible for the implementation of the provision of legal assistance to the Board of Directors and related Department within the Company relating to the legal aspects of the company
• Responsible for the implementation of the provision of legal assistance to the Board and the Department within the Company that relate to aspects of the contract to support the smooth operation of the Company

Requirements:

• Maximum age 30 years
• S1 Education Law
• Minimum 1 year
• Have integrity, interpersonal skills and good communication skills
