Currently,
PT Sampoerna Agro Tbk together with its subsidiaries (the "Company"),
is one of the largest producers of palm oil and palm kernel in Indonesia. The
company also is one of the few manufacturers of oil palm seeds that received
permission from the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Indonesia to
produce and sell oil palm seeds with trademark DXP Sriwijaya to third parties
through one of its subsidiaries, namely BSM to produce and sell six of improved
seed varieties palm oil with brand DXP Sriwijaya. This seed is the result of
crossbreeding genetic material derived from diverse and elders material
selected from 225 families and 50 families pisifera dura. At the end of 2012,
Sampoerna Agro manages a total area of 114 827 hectares of oil palm plantations,
consisting of 83 974 hectares of land in South Sumatra Province and 30 853
hectares in Central Kalimantan and West. Of the total area of plantations,
recorded 92 120 hectares of oil palm which has resulted in 22 706 hectares of
oil palm and

Responsibilities:
- Creating draft legal documents and correspondence is routine (minutes of meetings, Letters, Contracts and the like).
- Research legal and regulatory developments related to monitor the company's business.
- Creating and maintaining archives of legal documents (deed, licensing and contracts).
- Preparing and checking the licensing application forms
- Did the creation of the report, a compilation of reports from other units and other tasks which are legal admin
Requirements:
- Bachelor's graduates of the Bachelor of law
- Required language (s): English (oral and written), Indonesian Language
- Skill needed: Legal Drafting and have good verbal communication.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in the same position
- A maximum of 28 years
- Willing to be placed in Borneo
