Responsibilities:

• Prepare and draft documents, such as, leases, and contracts
• Monitor the Contract Administration matters such as up dating of the contract database, filing systems, expiry dates of contracts, permits, etc
• assist for preparation of official reporting to government

Requirements

• Maximum age 25 years old
• S1 / D3 Administration / Secretary / Business
• Have at least 1 year experience as an admin staff will be advantage
• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
• Energetic, quick learner, analytical.
• Ms. Office Literate
