Senior Associate Lawyer
Responsibilities:
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating projects related contracts
- Conducting legal due diligence
- Assisting partners in handle client’s legal matte
Requirements:
- Degree in Law (Sarjana Hukum) from reputable university and shall be able to show professional successful track records;
- Have at least 6 (six) years experiences in the fields of general corporate and commercial law, banking and finance, preferably in electricity power and energy projects
- Good commands of English both oral and written with excellent agreement drafting and report writing skills
- Familiar with laws and regulations, particularly in the legal fields of banking and finance, and electricity power and energy
- Good planning skills and ability to prioritize workload.
