Services) started off its operation in 1985 at Soekarno-Hatta Airport by
providing ground services for Cathay Pacific, Malaysian Airlines, Lufthansa,
and Singapore Airlines. The company was listed as public entities on 15 July
2002, by listing its shares at Surabaya Stock Exchange and currently, the
Company serves about 42 airlines with 12 stations networked in Indonesia. In
1989, the Company expanded its operational network into several major airports
in Indonesia, namely Bali, Surabaya, Manado, Makassar and Medan. PT Jasa
Angkasa Semesta, Tbk is the leading ground handling services provider in
Indonesia. Established in 1984, now the company serving more than 30
international and domestic airlines within 10 airports across Indonesia. We are
seeking:
Staff Industrial Relation
Responsibilities:
- Industrial Relation Administrative task
- Assist Supervisor to monitor activities of labour unions inside or outside company
- Assists Supervisor to Monitor & follow up progress of regulation related government & manpower
- Assists Supervisor for Conducting company ceremonial (Pension, Sertijab, Reward & Punishment)
- Assists Supervisor for Conducting social activities, sport, religion, red cross, etc
- Monitor & follow up absentism report to the respective department by system
Requirements:
- Male, Bachelor Degree (S1) majoring in Law, with minimum GPA 3.00(4 scaled)
- from Reputable University
- Maximum age of 25 years old
- Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
- Understand about Labour law and practice is more preferred
- Proficient in English (Verbal and Written);
- Excellent counselling, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Good customer orientation and be able to work under pressure
- Positive self starter, flexible, and attentive to detail
- Applicants must be willing to work in Soekarno-Hatta Airport, Cengkareng – Tangerang
