shophouses, housing complex, and other types of property around 2009/2010,
because we saw a potential growth in Indonesia, or the major economic growth in
South East Asia as we see from the media where a lot of foreign investors are
looking for Indonesia market (google smartphone will sell their new developed
smartphone in Indonesia). Eventhough there was a crisis in 2008 that impacted
in the following year, we were optimistic Indonesia would become a major
economic growth in SEA because of the natural resources, the size of population
that guarantees high demand in trades, the economic stability, and the
cohesiveness among the people recently. We acquired our first land in Pantai
Indah Kapuk (PIK) 6,080m2 to build an office tower (now called The Suites
