Legal Expert

Responsibilities:

• Review and/or draft all contracts, leases, and agreements prior to entering into by or with Company and on behalf of Company by any employee or third party.
• Provide legal advice on any legal matters pertaining to Company
• Provide legal advice on any suits brought by or against Company
• Consult Company on any new laws, regulations or statutes; which will have impact on its employment process or its operation.
• Act as a legal consultant for Company in any legal matters, mediations, arbitrations, and hearings.
• Legal Drafting and Reviewing for internal purpose (internal policy, employment agreement, Company Regulation)
