Legal Officer
Responsibilities:
- Providing support to Legal Counsel and Legal Manager (Indonesia).
- Providing regular written legal reports and legal briefs to headquarters.
- Research work into Indonesian laws and legislation and procedural matters.
- Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
- Lawyer with 3 - 5 years PQE, preferably having been in practice with a law firm or large corporation in a Commonwealth/ Indonesian jurisdiction as an in-house counsel
- Meticulous with an eye for detail
- Knowledge of Indonesian laws and matters essential
- Ability to speak and read English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Holding an Indonesian bar license
- Some travel may be required from time to time
