Corporate Legal Senior Officer

Responsibilities:

• Assist in overall legal activities include handle and review legal contracts, agreements, or other legal documents as well as various regulations and corporate legal issues
• Drafting contract and prepare any legal or corporate documents
• Maintaining all license and permit legalities i.e. principal license, business license, UKL/UPL or Amdal, IMB, HO, SKDP, TDP, etc.

Requirements:

• Graduate from reputable University major in law with minimum GPA 3.00.
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree of Law
• Good understanding and comprehension on law subjects such as: corporate law, property law, business law
• Having minimum 3 years experience and good relationship with Government institutions
• Proficient in English both oral and written
• Candidate must be willing to work in Tangerang
