Nurhadian, Sudiotomo Kartohadiprodjo, and Finsa Noorcahyo, who each has years
of experience in the industry. Each founder has continuous commitment to

is seeking a qualified individual to fill a position as:
Junior Associate
Responsibilities:
- Providing legal opinion
- Consult and handle all corporate legal processes (e.g mergers acquisitions, financial/securities offerings-Compliance issues, transactions, agreements lawsuits, patents)
- Guide managers and ensure compliance With rules and regulations
- Represent company in legal proceedings (administrative boards, court trials etc.)
Requirements:
- A fresh graduate from a reputable university with Sarjana Hukum degree
- Hard working
- Self motivated and detail oriented; and
- Excellent English communications, both verbally and in writing
