and IT solutions, interior design and investment holding. In view of our business
expansion and to execute overseas project in Indonesia, PT Kingsbury ATM was
formed as part of Kingsbury Group related companies and based in Jakarta Barat,
Indonesia. The company was formed to execute the ATM operation project in
Indonesia.
Legal Officer
Responsibilities:
- To perform all Legal Officer duties
- Job Description & Responsibilities
- To assist and advise other department in the company on legal matters
- To do legal compliance, update with the latest regulations related to the company’s activities
- To organize or submit all the necessary license required by the government
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor of Law, preferably Business Law or Private Law
- At least minimum 2 year(s) in corporate law/legal, having experience from banking industry is an advantage
- Having PERADI license will be an advantage
- Strong knowledge about corporate laws and regulations and Familiar handling contracts of company
- Must be able to work under high stress and meet deadline with minimum supervision
- Proficiency and fluent in English. both verbal and written
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office, Excel)
