Corporate Legal

Responsibilities:

• The incumbent will represent our company legal judicial matters and review all legal documents in the IPO process also ensure that all legal issues for corporate action are covered and fulfilled.

Requirements:

• Maximum age 32 years old
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Law from reputable university
• Ability to work with limited supervision
• Sound understanding and have experience in IPO procedure and process, licensing, regulatory affairs, land permits, government agencies permits, and contract drafting.
• Minimum 4 years relevant of work experience as corporate legal in property industry or as an associate in a law firm which represents a corporation in legal matters
• Good team player and good communication skills.
