Aero Systems Indonesia (ASYST), formerly known as PT Lufthansa Systems
Indonesia, was established in 2005. At the beginning, PT Garuda Indonesia
(Persero) owned 51% shares in this company, while the remaining 49% was owned
by Lufthansa Systems AG (LSY). On January 29, 2009 there was a transfer of
share ownership from LSY to PT Aero Wisata. ASYST is an Information Technology
provider that focuses on transportation and travel industry. We have passion in
assisting transportation and travel companies especially airlines in order to
enhance their quality for their passangers.
Senior Legal
Responsibilities:
- Provides advice and counsel on a variety of legal matters or problems involving the company
- Works with representatives from various departments on developing and modifying practices and procedures to conform to legal requirements.
- Acts as a liaison with outside legal firm.
- Prepares legal documents, drafts of contracts involving leases, licenses, purchases, sales, insurance, employment and related matters.
- Maintains the file systems for annual meetings and drafts documents for such meetings, including notices, proxies, affidavits of mailing, agendas, ballots, shareholders, commissioners, top management’s minutes and related memoranda.
Requirement:
- Min. Bachelor's Degree in Law from reputable University
- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field, preferably from ICT Industry
- Familiar with Indonesian and foreign corporate laws, rules and regulations
- Experienced in performing legal and factual research
- Experienced in preparing and finishing legal documents
- Experienced in providing legal advice and representing the company in litigation processes
- Fluent in English, both oral and written
